Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued in cash only after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • We aim to process refunds promptly after verification
  • Refunds are made through the same Cash on Delivery (COD) method, typically in person or as arranged during return coordination

Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Customized or final-sale products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you can return your product for a refund and place a new order.
